Refund policy

Because all journals are printed to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

If your journal arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at bravebeginnings.uk@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a photo showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund. 

We are unable to process claims reported after 7 days of delivery.
